TOP MUST HAVE DOCUMENTS FOR YOUR SCHOLARSHIPS

   

Preparing for scholarships in anticipation before entering higher institution or at any level,there are lists of requisite documents that you should have handy with you before proceeding to apply for a scholarship. I have taken my time to do some compilation of those documents. Please if you don't understand anything ,use THE COMMENT BOX. Thank you
       
SOME OF THE IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS THAT YOU SHOULD ALREADY HAVE

NYSC Discharge Certificate : 
for those that have undergone the process and applying for graduate scholarships 
  
 Waec Certificate 
 You should already have this one when you are a secondary school leaver and wrote your waec exam.
     
Birth Certificate 
This is gotten from your local government, or national population commission. The most preferred is the national population own.

lntemational Passport
You acquire it from
 Marriage Certificate 
Only if you are married

Age Declaration Document 
Same with your birth certificate but this one is acquired in a legal law court

Proof of Local Government Area of Origin 
Can be gotten from your own local government

Letter of Admission
Letter of admission from jamb can be downloaded from your jamb portal. If you don't know how to do it, go to cyber cafe.

 School lD Card
Your obtain this from your faculty, departmental president or you ask the bank inside your school about it or go to your school ICT department.

 Valid lD Card 
This could be your national identity card, voters card, school ID card and other valuable 🆔 cards.

National identification Number Card (NlN) 
Obtained from the office, they are mostly in designated areas like your local government. Just ask officials within your area

First Degree Certificate 
Only for those that have obtained there degree and applying for graduate scholarships

Curriculum Vitae (CV) 
This includes variable data about you like your hubby, your academic level etc. You obtain it from a good cyber cafe.

Union Bank Account Verification
It's not a must you have it but if they recommend it you open the account.

Letter of identification from Community 
You can obtain it from your community ruler, if you don't have it then make do with the own of local government identification certificate but it's better to have it.

A' Level/0ND/NCE Certificate 
This is obvious OND for polytechnics, NCE for education college then A level is an university foundational program certificate like JUPEB

JAMB (UT ME) Result 
Obtained from your jamb website

Letter of identification from Oba 
Obtained from your community ruler.

LASSRA Document LASSRA Registration Card 

First School Leaving Certificate 
Obtained from the headmaster or headmistress of the primary school you graduated from

Direct Entry Result

Letter of identification from Community Paramount Ruler 

Letter of Identification from Chairman of Community Development or Executive Council (CDC or CEC) 

Transcript or Signed Statement of Result 

Scholarship Declaration Form Compliance Declaration Form 

Evidence of Consolidated Payment Confirmation Slip
