Shell scholarship 2018/2019 is Ongoing. Interested Applicants should Apply Shell Undergraduate Scholarship 2018. The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (Operator of the NNPC/SPDC /TEPNG/AGIP Joint Venture) invites applications from suitably qualified full-time Nigerian students admitted in the 2017/2018 academic session to apply for the SPDC JV University Scholarships.
Who can Apply?
The merit-based scholarships are in two categories:
The National Merit Award (NM) and – open to all Nigerians.
The Areas of Operation Merit Award – open to indigenes of SPDC’s operational areas in Abia, Bayelsa, Delta, Imo and Rivers States.
Recommended NNPC/SNEPCo Scholarship for Undergraduate 2018/2019 is out – Apply
Eligibility:
Be Nigerian citizens
Be registered FULL-TIME undergraduates in an accredited and approved University in Nigeria.
Be in 200 Level with a minimum CGPA of 2.5
Have a minimum of five credits in one sitting, including Mathematics and English, in their Senior School Certificate Examinations.
Have a minimum of 200 score in UTME.
How
SPDC JV does not assign ‘Representatives’/‘Agents’ to assist applicants to process applications.
There will be selection tests as selection will be based strictly on relative academic performance.
Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.

How do I apply for the SEPCiN scholarship?
If you feel you meet the qualifications for a specific scholarship award, please complete the application form accessible from the apply online link in the scholarship advert.
STEP 1: REGISTER - Create your online applicant profile (i.e. User Name and Password) by clicking on "Create User Account", and follow the on-screen prompts. Upon completion of your profile registration, the system displays a message acknowledging your profile, and an email is sent acknowledging same.
STEP 2: ONLINE APPLICATION - By clicking on the “Apply Now” button, and following the on-screen prompts. Identify and apply for the scholarship category that you qualify for. Review and update your candidate profile. The system displays a message acknowledging your application and sends an e-mail confirming receipt of your application.
STEP 3: SELECTION - Your resume would be reviewed against loaded credentials. If selected, you would be contacted accordingly.
*APTITUDE TEST - Once selected, you would be advised of details/arrangements for the Aptitude Test via email and surface mails.
*REFERENCE CHECKS AND BACKGROUND VERIFICATION PROCESS - Shell and the appropriate examination bodies would conduct reference checks and background verification as part of the screening process, prior to award.
* SCHOLARSHIP OFFER - If selected for an award, you would be contacted by the Scholarship Team, and the terms and conditions of the award offer, will be sent, along with the deadline for acceptance.
How long do scholarship adverts remain posted on the site?
The call for scholarship applications remain on the site until the closing date which is six weeks from the date of first publication

While registering, the part that is titled "Upload certificate" under it the part which reads community Paramount ruler and chairman endorsement I don't get the concept pls I need explanation
