The Global Study Award supports successful test takers to study abroad on any undergraduate or postgraduate course.
Together with the International Student Identity Card and StudyPortals, they have launched the Global Study Awards, an exciting initiative for prospective students worldwide.
Worth of Award
- The Global Study Awards launched in 2015.
- There have been three rounds of the awards so far, with thirteen winners receiving funding of up to £10,000 to study overseas.
Eligibility
The Global Study Awards are designed to support highly motivated, talented individuals who can demonstrate:
- their potential to contribute to society through their studies
- a strong commitment to developing their career
- a sincere interest in increasing intercultural understanding and exchange.
- Successful candidates will be willing to engage with the British Council IELTS, ISIC and StudyPortals communities, and publicly share their experiences with other students.
- The Global Study Awards will be available to prospective students in all countries worldwide.
- The Global Study Awards will enable the successful candidate(s) to study abroad, on any chosen undergraduate or postgraduate programme at a higher education institution.
- The Global Study Awards cannot be used by a successful candidate to study domestically.
How to Apply
- Two winners will be selected to receive an award for the 2019 Fall academic term intake. Each award is merit-based, aimed at students above 18 who plan to enrol in a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate programme, in any country worldwide.
