Major Reasons Why Students Still Join Cult.

 Cultism has been one of the most trending issues in Nigeria Universities and other higher institutions.
The question why students still join cult despite the warnings and enlightenment on the dangers of cultism have been a trending question recently. The reasons could be recapped to the following

CURIOSITY
        The inquisitiveness to know and investigate by experience have been a consequential factor that made students join cult. As an English proverb proposed that "curiosity killed the cat".
In the exercise to know, students get themselves in trouble which are at times irrevocable.

FAME , POWER AND MONEY  

         It is now a naked truth that some of the university lecturers, politicians and artists belong to certain cult groups. This accounts for the reason why most often paupers and students from poor home join cult in other to acquire wealth, power in which they don't possess and become famous. These illusions make students to think that before one becomes successful he has to join a cult group.

RELATIONSHIP
       Most male students would like to show off their physical strength to their crush or girlfriend since most girls like the strong and big boys in school. Or the boys could be fighting for a particular girl.
Girls in their own part will want to show a boy that she is very good in bed.
In order to do this, the students assumes joining cult will be the best option.

     



BY FORCE
   Many student cultists are victims of force. The initiators should not be the only bedrock of blame because there would be a reason to force a student into the initiation process. This reasons could be because of the dressing code and grooming of the victim or the way one flaunts with his academic excellence and laurels.
